It’s accommodation in a train station, with the reception on the first floor. The doorbell didn’t work, so I had to call to get someone. The receptionist didn’t speak English at all, but we got everything sorted without trouble. Reception is open until 21:30. Payment is cash only, in PLN only. Parking is included in the room price and is beside the building, by the street. It’s quite public, but still felt safe with a security officer watching the area. The room was clean, quiet, and big enough. There was some street noise later in the morning because the window was open.

The price was okay, but don’t expect too much. My first room smelled bad, so they moved me to another one. Make sure your windows don’t face the railway. You need to call them to check in the first time, since there’s no reception, so make sure your phone has battery.

Be careful about arriving late. Reception is only open until 22:00. I told them I’d get there at 23:00, and the receptionist said she’d wait, but she didn’t. I ended up in Malbork at 23:00 with nowhere to stay. They didn’t answer my calls or text, and didn’t even send an apology. I can’t recommend this place.
