The place was very clean, but the manager was nasty. Two relief volunteers were even locked out of their rooms until they met her representative, not the manager herself, in a dark parking lot at midnight and brought cash. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. It left a bad impression of Polish people, who have otherwise been wonderful.

The quiet, green setting is almost at the edge of town, which made for a calm stop. It's a small hotel close to the Poland-Ukraine border, with what you need to rest comfortably during a long drive between the two countries. The rooms are cosy and clean, and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Breakfast is simple but generous.

We booked two rooms while collecting family at the ukraine border. The rooms were new and very clean, and the bathroom was nice too. One room had two single beds, the other a double. The bed was small, but very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and excellent quality. Since it was late and nothing nearby was open, the hostess, who was easy to reach by phone and spoke english, helped us find a restaurant in Primzl. If you need to stay near the border, I definitely recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly, and the place felt carefully prepared. Check-in is automatic, which worked even late in the evening, and the border is nearby. The price included a great breakfast, plus thoughtful extras like cosmetics and Prince polo chocolate bars.
