The beach was lovely, but the stay was awful from start to finish. We got there around 21:00 and couldn't find food anywhere. The spa was basically a dirty pool, and there were bugs all over the room. The walls were so thin I could hear Amman snoring in the next room, and I barely slept that night. We left early because of the bugs and the terrible food, and got no help or understanding. Later, staff were aggressive and ignorant.

The receptionists spoke only German and Polish, not English, and sometimes didn't treat guests respectfully. Nearly all the information was in German too, so it felt as if the hotel were meant only for German customers. The room was really too small for two people. No one cleaned it or changed the towels. Dinner seemed to be food cooked two or three days earlier, with lunch leftovers served again at dinner for two or three days. Restaurant staff didn't seem to know how to clear tables after guests left, and the dirty tablecloths needed changing after every meal. I wouldn't advise anyone to book here.
