Apartamenty Sun&Snow Rezydencja Park

Sun & Snow has often been a good choice for me, but this was the worst of the apartments I’ve visited. The location is quiet and excellent, yet the listing for ul. Orła biały 11 didn’t mention the new building going up opposite the balcony. There was another huge building by the same company under construction about 100 meters away, also not disclosed. Dust from the work made the balcony unusable. Inside, half the cabinets were locked, so we couldn’t access them. The playpen on the balcony was dirty and in terrible condition. I asked for a broom and was promised one, but it never arrived. The only way to deal with the sand was the vacuum cleaner, which was so clogged it didn’t work. I cleaned it out, but that wasn’t the point, since the service fee is binding.

The location is great, but getting in and dealing with “reception” was a mess. We were due to check in at 4 p.m. and didn’t get inside until 4:40 because collecting the keys was so difficult. They weren’t on the table in the apartment, where they would’ve been visible. They were hidden by a chair beside the TV, so we had to search for them. There’s effectively no reception. Everything goes through email, and they still haven’t replied about the details I need to provide for an invoice. I only have two days to submit them, and I still don’t have the link. The communication is a disaster. Even with the good location, I won’t return.

This is about the apartment managed by sun&snow at Kopernika 4/6. We made a complaint through Booking.com before leaving because the place had a blood-stained bedspread and pillow, torn bedding, a cracked glass cover behind the stove, a broken kitchen cabinet handle and leaky windows. There was even a toilet brush worth 10 PLN. The parquet they called about as allegedly damaged was already like that when we checked in. Saying they’d keep our deposit is ridiculous. We have photos with dates and times, and we won’t let this matter go. Their customer service was rude. If you’re after a peaceful stay with friendly treatment, look elsewhere. We don’t recommend it. The location and amenities were good, and it’s a nice place to stay. Our one real annoyance was the parking gate remote. We didn’t know it was in the room, so we had to go back for it when we arrived, then carry it back upstairs when we left.
