A good place with kind staff.

The grounds were cared for and the resort made a good first impression, so the place does have potential. Still, our stay left us with mixed feelings. We were surprised by the extra cleaning charge, especially because the cottage itself wasn't very clean. There were cobwebs and spiders throughout, and we found hair on the bedding. Our children are very afraid of spiders, so seeing them in nearly every corner made the stay uncomfortable for our family. The walls were very thin, too. We could hear a guest snoring in the neighboring cottage, which made it hard to sleep. The added electricity fee was another drawback on top of the already high rental cost, and we hadn't been clearly told about it in advance, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. Although the property looks appealing and has some advantages, the cleanliness, extra charges, and lack of soundproofing meant it didn't meet our expectations. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

We've already stayed twice and may come again next year. It's so well set up for children of all ages that ours were hard to get away from the place, even to go to the beach. The older ones spent their time at the pool, in the recreation room, and on the sports field; the younger ones liked the playground and sandbox. The kids made friends and had fun together, and the entertainment and flip-flops were a nice bonus. A barbecue was a must, of course. The cottages are well equipped, and the whole place is fantastic for families. We also liked how secluded it is, since the center is too noisy for us. Electric vehicles can drive around Mielno if needed. We recommend it.

We visited Baltic Family at the end of November, and it still felt warm and welcoming. The cottages were cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. It was warm indoors, with underfloor heating, which we checked using a thermal imaging monocular. There was a TV, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, and fresh, fragrant towels. It's great for families, with plenty of room for kids to play. There's a playground, sandbox, pool, and a well-equipped recreation room with toys, foosball, beanbags, and a playpen. Outside, there are five barbecue areas, a beach volleyball court, and a fireplace. Having a bonfire in November was a real treat. 🔥❤️ Shops, the lake, the sea, and the forest are nearby. You can tell the owners put a lot of heart into the property. Thanks for the hospitality, we'll definitely be back. 💪🏻
