The place looked different from the pictures, and for the pool you have to go to another hotel. Some things were already broken, but they still wanted to charge us for them, even though we’d already informed them. No one seemed interested in what was going on. They charge five-star hotel prices, so be careful.

We spent hours sitting in our jackets, waiting for the apartment to warm up, and it never really did. There was no radiator or other heating system, just two weak air-conditioning units. The rooms, walls, and furniture were freezing. Renting a place in winter with no proper heating is a joke. The kitchen setup was a mess too: no dish soap, no dishwasher tablets, no draining rack, and no cloths to wipe dishes with. Wet dishes just sat on the counter. There wasn’t even toilet paper. On top of that, there was no window or daylight. A disaster.

This was supposed to be our second chance with them. We booked around June for a November trip, and four months after paying, they called to say the property was already booked for our dates. The first time, during our vacation in Szklarska Poręba, they’d failed to tell us the room was closed until we were just 15 kilometers from the destination. How can they be this unprofessional? The trip was ruined. A disgrace. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We’d arranged an extended stay at the cottage at 7d Izerska Street in Szklarska Poręba, Vacation Home 3, during our visit from February 8, 2025, to February 11, 2025. After I asked through the website at about 10:00 AM, I got confirmation at 12:59 PM that extending was available. I also called the hotline twice, and both times they confirmed I could stay longer. The next day, the cleaning lady told us to leave because the cottage had already been rented. I had to call the company myself. They knew about the case, but said an employee had looked at the information incorrectly and that since I hadn’t paid, the reservation wasn’t valid. No one had bothered to contact me. My wife and I had deliberately taken time off work. She’d even moved an important client to another date so she could spend the holidays with our children. The employee apologized and said he understood, since he’d also had to change his vacation plans. The company seems to care very little about its clients: pay and get lost. I warn people against using its services in any way.
