The one thing I’d change is the mattress. It was completely worn out and really needs replacing. Otherwise, we had a wonderful holiday and I’d happily recommend the accommodation. The owners are genuinely friendly, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and when the weather allows you can eat it out on the terrace. Our modern room was clean and had a small fridge and kettle; German TV was available too, though we barely used it. Room cleaning is by request, which was fine for us. There are only three spaces right in front of the house, but we always found street parking nearby, at most a minute’s walk away.

The location worked so well, with the beach and center nearby. Our room was lovely and clean, the owners were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I’d gladly come back :)

We stay at this villa every year, and we’re already arranging next year’s holiday. It’s handy for both Mielno center and the beach. The owners are very friendly, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it.

The owners were happy to look after our bikes, which mattered a lot to us. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Such a great place, with wonderful owners!

I’m writing about the service at Villa Mors in Mielno, though I wasn’t a guest. My husband and I had booked one night through Booking.com for the May long weekend and paid a deposit. We planned to cycle part of the R10 route, with different accommodation booked each day. Then I broke my arm and had surgery in hospital, so we couldn’t use the reservation. Other guesthouses and hotels were understanding, refunding all or part of the money or offering vouchers. I asked Villa Mors for permission before canceling, but got no reply, and haven’t received any response at all. I feel the May long weekend is a time when customers will come anyway, and that profit can matter more than customer satisfaction. We’ll be back cycling once my arm works again, and may stay at the places whose people were kind to us. I won’t use this guesthouse again.
