We had a really bad stay. Light comes through the two roof windows, and there are no curtains. But the mattress was the worst part, it was in such poor condition that sleeping on it was impossible. We're sure the owner and the agency renting the apartment know about this.

They took our prepaid booking, then said we hadn't shown up. Our reservation was eventually canceled and they kept the money. A very unpleasant experience. These people seem conniving and untrustworthy. Be careful.

The owner was easy to reach and helped us get to the garage. We arrived early, grabbed a quick coffee at a nearby café, and the apartment was ready sooner than expected. It’s close to the promenade, shops, and restaurants. Inside, everything was very clean, with towels, dishes, a handy fridge with a freezer, a comfortable bed, and a sofa and table for spending time during the day. There was plenty of space, and our New Year’s Eve stay went really well. The view from the window is of another building, which might be less appealing in summer, but it didn’t bother us on a winter trip. The main difficulty was carrying lots of luggage up and down all those stairs from the garage. Thanks for a lovely stay.
