We were really pleased with our stay at the Ugly Duckling and plan to return soon. The owner was very kind and clearly cares about guests. The apartment has a beautiful view over Lake Mikołajskie and is very close to the sailing village. It’s clean and well equipped, with a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area in front of the house. Each room has its own bathroom, and one even has a bathtub, which was a big plus.

The location and cottage are excellent, but the owners made our short holiday end on a sour note. On departure day, the woman claimed that more people had slept in the cottage than allowed and tried to charge us extra. When we refused, she switched to demanding parking money, even though the listing said parking was free for customers and we had discussed it by phone when booking. She was very rude, insulted us, and threatened to call the police. I can't recommend staying here if you want to avoid this kind of unpleasant surprise.

Lovely, clean and pleasant. The owners are very nice, and we recommend it.
