Willa Katrin

It was a pleasant stay in a spacious, clean place. Our room was cleaned promptly, and the staff were very friendly. Mikołajki center is about a 10-minute walk away, and guest parking is behind a closed gate. I recommend it.

The room was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning. The staff were both friendly and professional, and the location was very good. Great value for the money. What more could you ask for? :)

The neighborhood was calm, apart from a party at the property next door, which the owner couldn't control. Service was very friendly, and the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and great. The bathroom was clean too, with new fixtures and warm colors. There was an iron and ironing board in the hallway, a handy idea. A couple of things bothered me: the photocell in the room stayed on 24/7, and the bathroom ventilation could be annoying at night if you're a light sleeper. The parking area behind the house is small, so getting out in high season might be tricky. Still, the place offers a pleasant atmosphere, good location, and a 4-star standard at a good price. I recommend it.

The parking situation was awkward. There are only 5 spaces for about 8 rooms, so you may block someone or have to park on the narrow street or sidewalk. The property feels more like a rented apartment than a hotel, but the price and location make it recommendable. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the center of Mikołajki is only a 5-minute walk away. Our room was fine, clean and spacious, with good soundproofing. The TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, blinds, and Wi-Fi all worked and were in good condition.
