We noticed this beautiful building while walking around Mikołajki. We didn't stay in the villa or go inside.

Good location is the only thing this place has going for it, and that's the only reason I'd give it a 3.3. Disliked: I suspect comments giving it 10 points come from fake accounts run by the owner. The rooms are tiny, about 7-8 m2. Our lamp and TV didn't work. There was no toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, or other products, even though the offer says these are provided. When I mentioned it at reception, I was handed paper from the counter and told there was no soap. The so-called guarded parking area is just a few strings stretched across, with nobody keeping watch. Breakfast was very poor: a scant plate of cold cuts, plus scrambled eggs, sausages, and kaszanka. Scrambled eggs were always available, but the other dishes weren't. There was no way to contact anyone with authority at the property. My husband and I wanted to leave the guesthouse the very next day.
