The service was fine, but nothing special, and they wanted extra payment for everything. The room had no air conditioning and got unbearably hot in summer, and there wasn't a fridge either. I've stayed in better places in Poland for 50+ euros. I hate leaving a bad rating, but I wasn't fully happy with this stay.

I've been back to this hotel many times and plan to keep coming. The room is super clean, the food is great, and the service is fabulous. I love the place.

I was there for a wedding, and everything ran smoothly. The staff were really friendly and the organization was top-notch. The rooms looked nice too, though I didn't stay overnight.

Arriving at 2:10 AM was no problem at all. The Night Manager spoke fluent English and even offered me a free snack after midnight. I was really impressed.

The rooms were spotless and very nice on my first visit. What stood out most was the staff, so friendly and cheerful, always ready for a laugh. See you again 😃
