Pałacyk Otrebusy

The food was excellent, and the portions were generous: one main course was enough, while the starters were fairly large and suited a medium appetite. I was travelling for work and only managed to use the wellness facilities in the evening. I also arrived at the restaurant shortly after 10 pm after losing track of time. The kitchen had closed, but an employee arranged a warm dinner for me, even though I expected only a salad or something small and cold since I'd arrived late. It was an exceptional visit. If I have business nearby again, the Palace will be my first choice.

The pool was a highlight, and the staff were polite and courteous. We booked a one-night romantic getaway with a couples massage, dinner, and room included, and it was a great deal. The rooms were huge, clean, and luxurious, though, as others have said, very warm with no temperature control. There were a few Christmas parties at the hotel, which we could hear, but it wasn't too bad. At dinner, they played just three songs on repeat, which got distracting. Still, it was a great stay, and I'd recommend it for a night or two.

The surroundings were lovely, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent, and I enjoyed the spa treatments and pool area. My one complaint was the main street nearby: with the windows open in the evening and at night, the noise was a bit much for me.

I only used the spa facilities, including the pool and salt chamber, and also visited the restaurant and beautiful park. It was all amazing, and we got what we came for. The service was immaculate, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. If I'm in Warsaw and Poland again, I'll try to visit.
