We stayed at Pokoje ZIMNA WODA with our family more than two years ago, and it was a really enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm, and the cozy interior made us feel at home. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The friendly, attentive staff made us feel well looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel was well maintained, and the peaceful surroundings were great for relaxing. I highly recommend Pokoje ZIMNA WODA if you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

Our stay was only two days, over a weekend, yet the staff moved our personal things around after we left the room. That was unacceptable. They said the rooms are cleaned every day when we raised it, but nobody told us that at check-in. The terms and conditions say cleaning or repairs happen only with the guest's consent and request. In reality, they just rearranged our belongings and opened the window. Nothing else in the room was done.
