Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, so I'd recommend booking it. The manager was friendly and helpful, and our stay was pleasant. Everything was clean, tidy and provided for. The location in the upper part of Niechorze worked well, about ten minutes on foot to the center and beach, and five minutes to the lighthouse.

The location is great, but the place feels a little worn, indoors and out, and the room could be cleaner. Breakfast choices are missing; you have to make your own use of the kitchen and refrigerator.

The owners couldn't take criticism or complaints, and the people side of this place was completely lacking. Food was okay, but that's not all that matters. This was the worst vacation of my long life, and there are plenty of other lovely places with kind owners. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. Our room was small and full of problems. The balcony doors stuck, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower started doing the same after I reported the issue to the owner. Nothing seemed to work properly. The TV looked like it was from the communist era, with a 15-inch screen.

For the low price, the food was almost okay. There wasn't much choice, but everyone had enough and it tasted good. The bread rolls, though, were never fresh and had a rubbery feel. If you dislike certain things or expect a lot, this probably isn't the place for you. The small family-run business seemed friendly, but communication was a real problem. They couldn't speak even basic English, and the accommodation lacked comfort and fell short of basic expectations. Our double room was small, with a little balcony. Most of it was clean, except for mosquito remains on the walls. The wardrobe had a strong unpleasant smell that spread through the room, the carpet was pieced together, and the balcony door was so stiff we worried it might break. The balcony itself was rusty, old and not somewhere to relax. The bathroom was tiny, with just one electrical outlet. The shower fixture looked as though it had been broken for years, and the toilet only flushed if we opened the cistern and worked the mechanism by hand. Toilet paper was supplied, but there was no hand soap.
