The staff were helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Great location, too. Renting a bicycle is a big bonus 👍

Even though the booking confirmation said smoking was strictly prohibited, there were ashtrays on every balcony and other guests used them freely. The room smelled bad, the shower had mold, and breakfast was mediocre with little choice.

The lady at the bar was so lovely, a slim blonde woman with a big heart who makes you want to come back. Our food arrived quickly after we ordered and was beautifully presented. The children ate with a good appetite. This hotel is family friendly, and I definitely recommend it. I’ll probably come back more than once.

It was our first time at Lake Biały, and my husband and I were really impressed. We think we’ll come back next year. The location was great, close enough to the lake and main attractions to walk, but away from the disco noise. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with delicious food for everyone and especially good hot dishes. A perfect choice, I recommend it!
