Hotel Hp Park Olsztyn

I noticed a few little extras, like apples in a basket at reception. The bathroom floors were heated, which was wonderful. From the dining room, you can see the view in the picture, and that's where we had the buffet breakfast. Everything we ate was delicious.

The room was hot because the air conditioning barely worked. We had booked for two people, but there were complaints when a guest arrived. A security guard came to the window and invaded the guests' privacy. The restaurant also put sweet ice cream in the iced coffee we ordered, even though we hadn't asked for it. They brought us replacement coffees, which was the one good thing, but we waited a long time. The service felt unprofessional.

The room was spacious, clean apart from one bed, and the staff were friendly. Parking at the hotel was easy. But check under the sheets and mattress protector: something may have died on the mattress, as the photos show. The other bed and the rest of the room were clean. This was room 135, and they really should throw out the mattress in the picture.

The mattress was far too soft for me, and I couldn't sleep comfortably. I asked to change rooms, but the bed in the second room had the same issue. The hotel makes a good first impression, looking tidy and up to date, and the rooms are nice, roomy and comfortable otherwise. Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 and is sufficient, but all the food options aren't out until after 7.45. They should seriously consider getting a bread toaster. The coffee wasn't great either. Staff don't smile much, but they're happy to help if you need them. There's also a nice garden where you can eat or have a drink.
