Neptun 46 2 Sypialnie

The kitchen was a mess, and the cutlery was dirty. The bathroom smelled awful, the shower was broken, and the water pressure was terrible. The owner didn’t seem to care and suggested we just deal with it. It was unbearably hot with no air conditioning. We couldn’t open the windows at night because of all the loud commotion and vomiting outside. We were on the fourth floor and could hear everything. Fortunately, we only stayed a short time, and we’ll never be back to this apartment.

I’m reposting my full Booking.com review here because the owners asked for it to be removed there. Please read this before booking: if you aren’t completely sure you can stay the night, don’t reserve, since you can’t get your money back. My training was canceled at the last minute, despite my guaranteed reservation, and the owner kept the full amount, about 900 PLN. I explained the situation and contacted Booking.com staff several times, but the owner stuck to her policy and made no effort to understand. I was surprised, as were the Booking.com staff, because in similar cases it’s usually possible to agree something with the hotel. I’ve had that happen before without any trouble. The owner offered me a stay on another date, but that was no use to me since the training was canceled and I had no reason to be in Olsztyn. I proposed splitting the deposit, but she refused that too. Business is business, I suppose, and it’s a considerable amount to keep. She also asked me to contact her privately instead of through the portal. She said she’d call back, but never did. It’s not the money, I won’t be any poorer, it’s the principle. Life brings unexpected situations. After this, I probably won’t book a guaranteed option again. Thanks to the Booking.com staff for trying to help. Unfortunately...

The owner was wonderful to communicate with, and the apartment met all expectations. All the attractions are just a few steps away. I highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend here. The apartment was nice, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Underground parking was included in the price, and the location was great, only a few minutes from the city center. Biedro is right on the doorstep.
