For the price, it’s a decent place to stay, with a perfect location, clean rooms and friendly desk staff. It does need refurbishing, though. I’d stay again at that price, but I’d skip breakfast. The breakfast experience was the worst part. The man serving it, who might have been the owner, seemed to make the staff afraid, according to other reviews. He asked me, “Is there a problem?” My issue was his attitude. After we paid, he watched us nervously the whole time, then asked us to leave after about 20 minutes because he needed the table for other guests. We left as asked, but the tension made us feel unwelcome. I’ve worked in hospitality, and I found the selection and quality questionable. It seemed most of the food came from discount stores, and the man didn’t refill the food or dishes when they ran out.

I was arranging rooms for a group visiting Olsztyn, and this seemed like a perfect choice. The rooms were clean and had good amenities, and the location in Old Town beside the river was amazing.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. The standard was a little low, but so was the price. The Wi-Fi was a joke, basically no connection at all.
