The rooms and the rest of the place were very clean, and it’s no surprise this is one of the cheapest places in the city. Still, I won’t come back or recommend it. The breakfast was a disaster, and the worst I can remember. For 15 PLN, two eggs, four slices of bread, and a spoonful of vegetable salad was nowhere near enough for a nutritious meal. There were no cold cuts, cheese, tomato, or cucumber. The four of us felt the same, and friends in another group had a similar opinion. The older woman at the front desk also wasn’t very friendly.

The only good thing was that it was clean and had parking under the hotel. With -14 outside, our room was cold. The elevator was out, and our room was on the third floor, so I climbed the stairs in the dark using my phone as a light. The bed sagged, like someone with a huge belly had made a hole in it. Breakfast was scrambled eggs made with one egg, three slices of cold cuts, jam, and bread from the day before. Coffee or tea was included, but I had to ask for milk for my coffee. I won’t be back.

The receptionist was really kind and friendly, and the hotel even gives a home to a charming cat at reception. It’s pet-friendly, quiet at night, and there’s no noise from cars or people. The exterior looks nice and the rooms are neat, though the beds were uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore back. I’d recommend it for a short stay in Opole, even with a cat! :)

The stay itself was okay. The room was budget-friendly, but looked new and quite decent. Breakfast cost 15 PLN per person: scrambled eggs, four slices of cold cuts, two slices of cheese, and two slices of bread. It was disappointing, especially when the table next to us had three times as much. I’d suggest eating breakfast in town.

This was a business trip a while ago, back when COVID allowed trips like that. My employer was trying to save money. The rooms were nothing special, and the cheap breakfast was rubbish. The whole place felt like communist times. I don’t recommend it.
