I checked out after just one night and moved to another hotel. I had paid in advance, but staff had already told me refunds weren't possible. I only stayed from June 23rd to 24th, and I'm formally asking for my money back for the unused nights. I'll never return. The conditions were disgraceful, and it's hard to believe they charge guests to stay there. The photos were taken after I'd already cleaned some of the room. There was dirt and hair everywhere, so I couldn't walk barefoot, and the mattress smelled bad enough to make sleeping difficult. The bedding may have been clean, but that didn't help much. Red spots covered the walls. I had to clean hair off the filthy toilet and seat as soon as I arrived, and there was hair in the shower too. The showerhead had thick limescale, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and I couldn't bring myself to shower there. Dust coated everything, including the cabinets and bed frames. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the sanitation was a joke, and an electrical socket had been pulled out of the wall. This was a basic hygiene failure, yet they knowingly let guests into the room. I'm writing this so anyone thinking of staying knows what to expect. Maybe the owner will pay more attention to the state of the accommodation.

We asked for a private room but got a dorm room with three beds, probably because communication was difficult. Nobody spoke English, so we had to use Google Translate. The bed squeaked. We arrived very late and they did have a room for us, and I suppose the price was fair. That's about all I can say. I wouldn't recommend it to tourists.

It's a basic B&B, but clean, with a pretty good continental breakfast. Handy for an overnight stop if you're driving, for example on Via Baltica. It's cheap, so I think you get your money's worth.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. A convenient spot to spend the night while driving through Europe.
