The location was the reason I booked, but I wouldn't come back. The place feels depressing, dated, and unpleasant, and the beds were very uncomfortable. You can't control the temperature, I got only one towel, and there was no fridge in the room. Even the better features at Presidential Suites still feel stuck in the President Kwasniewski era, or earlier. Two years ago they served a great steak tartare, but it’s much worse now. B&B is cleaner and fresher, and way better. This place is expensive for the location, too. I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend it.

The staff were friendly and nice, and I’d stay again if I were in the area. The rooms were lovely and well maintained, with daily room service. A lot of hotels try to talk you out of that or make you feel bad for asking.

I skipped the breakfast because 55zl felt too expensive for a small buffet. There was also no fridge in the room, which would have been handy. Even so, I found the stay worth the extra cost compared with nearby budget places. After a disappointing stay at the B&B Hotel, Vestil Hotel was a clear step up, with free parking right outside and a water dispenser. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping had done a thorough job. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The furnishings are a little dated, though.

The blackout curtains in my room helped me sleep well, and the fitness center was nicely equipped. I really enjoyed the hospitality, and breakfast was delicious. When we asked for something, the staff kindly helped with our request. We’d recommend staying here.
