Villa Apia

We spent a few days here with our dog and enjoyed the quiet, the comfortable apartment, and the lovely mountain views. The kitchen had everything we needed. I’d suggest coming by car, since it’s a short distance from town.

Magdalena, the owner, is easy to talk to, polite, and always helpful, while Wiesia, who takes care of the place day to day, is a real gem. We saw several apartments, and they were all clean and spacious. Muszynka has its own garden, which is perfect if you’re traveling with a dog. The kitchenette is so well equipped there’s no point trying to list everything. The setting has lovely views and works well as a base for outings. Even the tap water is excellent.

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and the price for the quality is very appealing. The apartments were spotless and had everything we needed, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. From the terrace there are beautiful mountain views, and the quiet neighborhood has a charming, well-kept garden with loungers, a grill, and a children’s playground. There’s parking right by the house. The center of Piwniczna is about a 30-minute walk away; the Artistic Pump Room is a 12-minute walk. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’m planning another stay.

We had to push back our departure by a week, and Magda was completely fine with it. We’re very grateful, and we’ve only said goodbye for now, since we’ll definitely return next year. My family and I loved our week at Villa Apia, and we recommend it to others. It’s a peaceful spot within easy reach of the city center. The owners have thought of a lot for guests: a gazebo, barbecue, fire pit, jacuzzi, hammock, children’s playground, and badminton court, surrounded by flowers and greenery. The apartment was clean, fresh, comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking.
