Getting into the property can be a nightmare if you run into a problem. I couldn't reach them by phone or email, and there was no staff on site to help. They also refused to give me a refund. This felt like a complete scam, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay far away.
It was nearly impossible to find another place for 13 passengers in Plock. Our reservation was cancelled on the day we were due to arrive, despite having paid in advance and received all the automated check-in details. Very incorrect hotel.
The location is perfect, and although the room is small, it has everything you need. The walls are quite thin, so expect some noise. The check-in machine could also be clearer about what to do next. It gets confusing, and even after selecting English, some information still appears in Polish. Apart from that, it’s a great place to stay.
