The room was clean and the bathroom was big, and the staff were nice. The location is good and breakfast was good too. Still, at 350 zł a night, I expected more amenities. There was no bathrobe, slippers or other toiletries, just hand soap, a 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel, and toilet paper in the bathroom. It feels quite overpriced, like everything else in Polanica Zdrój.

The rooms are pretty good, and the place is near a nice park with lots of shops. But the water pressure keeps cutting in and out, to the point where it feels like something might burst. The toilet keeps making noise and won't stop, which is so annoying I can't even take a shower.

We spent a weekend at the hotel as a family of two. The parking was a downside: it cost extra and was far from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, though a child found a pill beside the bed, probably left by previous guests. I wouldn't have spotted it myself, so I'm not blaming the cleaning staff, but parents of small children should be careful since they put things in their mouths. Breakfast had a wide selection and the food was quite good. Dinner was less successful, with options such as sorrel soup or tripe that weren't suitable for children.
