Nowy Zdrój

The wellness area was a highlight, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and there was plenty of private parking. We were a family of four and had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and an amazing view, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were freshly made and delicious, with loads of choices. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes on foot from town, shops, the park and restaurants. Easily one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended.

The stay was fine, but for the price, the hotel still has quite a few flaws. We had to pay for parking on top of the already high room cost, which I think should have been included. There were no tea or coffee sachets in the room, even though a normal hotel should provide them for guests who want a drink there. We got only a small shampoo packet on the first day and none for the rest of the stay, so we had to bring our own. Some of the restaurant staff were also unkind and unwelcoming, which made the experience unpleasant.

We had a very pleasant stay, with tasty food, mostly Polish cuisine, and a pool area we used every day. Our superior room was spacious and nice, though there was no AC, fridge or water boiler. The place feels fresh and new, perhaps a little unfinished. The one really unpleasant part was the grass mowing outside our windows: the hotel workers started their machines at 7 AM on several mornings in a row. Being jolted awake that early isn't everyone's idea of a relaxing holiday.

The food was tasty, especially breakfast, and the location was good. Staff from both Poland and Ukraine were polite and helpful, and the front desk team were accommodating too. Maid service could be better, and the lobby and restaurant could feel more inviting. It's close to five stars, but not quite there yet. Recommended.
