Residence Polanica by SUN & SNOW

Polanica Residence feels peaceful and stylish, with lots of care put into the details. It’s in a lovely green part of Polanica-Zdrój, so there’s nature nearby, along with parks, scenic trails, and things to see in town. The wellness area is another quiet place to relax, and having coffee with a view of the greenery sounds lovely. The rooms are bright and spacious, with modern, elegant interiors that made me feel at home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. Whether you want a quiet break or time outdoors, it’s a comfortable place to stay. I’d gladly recommend it and hope to return with some lovely memories.

I had to make several phone calls to get the PIN for entering the apartment, even though it was supposed to be sent by email.

The apartment was fine for two people, though the bed was rather small and not very comfortable. Bathrobes were listed in the description but weren’t provided. Breakfast was available only as catering. I’d book the jacuzzi for 7 a.m., since it won’t be available later.

The location and the place itself are lovely. The spa is nice too, but people using it were irresponsible. Maybe they thought it could take the place of a daily toilet, because it clogged on their third day there. Also, the sheets and towels smelled awful, so I’d change the laundry detergent.
