The rooms are really small, and street noise carries in. There isn't a garden area where you can properly sit and relax.

The owners were wonderful, and the guesthouse is pet-friendly. My husband and I spent three full days here and found the room and bathroom spotless. Towels were provided too. There’s a lovely dining room and a fireplace room with a coffee machine, and sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee was a great way to recharge. The promenade is nearby, with delicious food to eat. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Best wishes to the owners!

It’s a pleasant guesthouse with everything you need, tucked away but still well placed near Polanica’s center, restaurants, the main park, and grocery stores. There’s also a forest trail just behind the house, well worth a relaxing 30-minute walk. The service was top-notch, and I’d still recommend the place, though the cleaning could be better. There was dust on the paintings and high shelves, and the mirrors weren’t cleaned properly. The walls are thin, so sound travels. Our fellow guests were noisy, with doors slamming and cooking downstairs from 6-7 a.m. 😅 The owner can’t control that, though.

We’re here right now, and the autumn colors outside are stunning. The terrace is full of greenery and flowers, and the garden is beautiful. A little hidden shortcut to the main street is opposite the entrance, bringing you closer to the promenade and spa park. Our four-legged family member is delighted too 🐾🐾 Inside, the rooms are clean and warm, and everything is as described. The communal kitchen has all you need, while the dining room with a fireplace is wonderful. The owner is kind and professional. It’s a wonderful place in Polanica-Zdrój to relax and recharge.
