The architecture is captivating, and the place sits practically in the center of town, close to shops and cafes. It’s beautifully positioned right by Bystrzyca Dusznicka, and the building is cozy and well maintained. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. A unique place to stay in Polanica-Zdrój, highly recommended.

Willa Pan Tadeusz is a beautiful building, and it has a special atmosphere. It’s kept in impeccable condition, with care visible in all the details. The architecture is a real draw too. Worth pausing to admire when you’re in town 🏡

Our apartment had plenty of room for 5 or 6 people, and it was clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large, tidy bathroom. From the balcony seating area, we could look out over the promenade and stream. The location is right in the center of Polanica, close to everything. An elevator and fenced parking on site are included in the price. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend it!

Right in the heart of Polanica, with a lovely riverside promenade along Bystrzyca Dusznicka on one side. On the other, there’s a small, cozy market square with colorful fountains. There’s also a convenient elevator inside the building.

We had three children with us, and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and comfortable, and the owner is incredibly kind. Such a fantastic location too. We’d be very happy to come back.
