We nearly let some negative comments put us off, but arriving at Pensjonat Beata showed us a very different place. It's clean, looked after, and has a warm, homey feel. The criticism we'd read didn't fit the hospitality we experienced at all. The location made it easy to leave the car in the parking lot and walk to the Spa Park, the Pump Room, and the main promenades. Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and was so helpful and friendly that it felt like staying with good friends. The owners were also very flexible about how we organized our stay, which you don't find everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were delicious home-cooked meals, fresh and nicely served. If you're after a place with character, good food, a great location, and people who care about your stay, choose Beata. We'll definitely return. 10/10.
