2/10
It feels like an old-fashioned dormitory. The room was small, the hallway dark, and towels weren't changed. There was no air conditioning or Wi-Fi in the rooms, and no lounge, just a couple of chairs by the reception desks.

2/10
The service was awful, especially because one of the managers was extremely rude. That made my whole trip very disappointing. This is the worst place I've ever been to. I don't recommend it.

There was nothing there: no second towel, no hairdryer, and no shampoo.

Polanica Zdrój is such a peaceful, pretty town. The breakfasts and dinners were just average, and the rooms felt like they were from the PRL era.

The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the service was friendly. The place was clean and pleasant, close to the spa park. We had a lovely few days away.
