Giencyno Koncina

We've stayed here twice and are sure to return. The owner, Beatka, is so kind and helpful, and her daughter is lovely. It's easy to get along with everyone, and the atmosphere feels homely. The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds and kitchenettes that have everything you need. The place is spotless, with a lot of attention to detail. We also enjoyed the beautiful views, especially from the apartment. There's free parking in front of the building. A friendly, affordable place that I gladly recommend ♥️

We've been here four times already, and we're not done yet :) There is a lovely mountain feel both indoors and nearby. The rooms are on the small side, and at first we worried they'd be cramped, but that ended up adding to the atmosphere. Each floor has a kitchen with a refrigerator and heating equipment. Getting to the ski resorts is convenient. Zakopane can be reached by a pleasant walk, bus, or car. We drove there every day and appreciated the quieter nights when it was time for bed. Go see it for yourself, we'd recommend it! :)

Beata was a pleasure to meet: cheerful, kind, organized, helpful, and very polite. The place is quiet and peaceful, with shops and public transport nearby. My room had what I needed for a night's stay, and it was clean. The kitchen was spotless and handy for making meals. Even the towels and bedding smelled fresh. I caught a glimpse of the other rooms and kitchen being cleaned in the morning, and it was lovely to see. Maps, books, brochures, and leaflets are always available, and guests can access the Tatra Mountains Card. I recommend it. My boyfriend and I will be back soon.

If you're heading to the slopes and aren't looking for luxury, this place works well. It's close to the slopes, thermal baths, inns, and more. The owner is friendly, the room was clean and warm, there was hot water in the shower, and the kitchenette had plenty of equipment. The window looked out to Giewont. The small double room is really better for one person. Its sofa bed was uncomfortable, and there was only one small, thin duvet. Parking is limited and the driveway is very steep, so getting out with five cars is difficult.
