Szpiglasowy Residence

We had everything we needed here: quiet surroundings, comfortable accommodation, great food, things to keep the little ones entertained, and a cozy feel without the crowds and chaos you often get at hotels. The guesthouse was a lovely surprise, with a real family atmosphere. Everyone, even the cleaning ladies, was always smiling. We often saw the owner, who checked how we were doing and came by the dining room. A special thank you to the waitress, who was so kind and helpful that the children absolutely adored her. We called ahead to say we would arrive early, and they gave us breakfast that day and had our room ready at 7:00 AM instead of 3:30 PM. That let us rest after a tiring journey. I highly recommend it.

We felt cared for and at ease here, without the hype you find at other hotels. Coffee and tea were available all day, along with a cookie for a snack. The rooms were cozy, there was daily entertainment for the children, and the ski slopes were easy to get to. The owners and service were fantastic. The food was very good, though, as often happens at hotels, there was too much of it. A great place for families with kids, and I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff deserve an A+, they're so kind and helpful, always with a smile. We'll definitely come back!

Everyone in our coach group was happy with the stay. The facility is clean, new, and beautiful, with spacious, tidy rooms and wonderful food. If we could, we'd give it six stars. Great place.
