Andersia Hotel & Spa Poznan, a member of Radisson Individuals

I’m a frequent traveler and a VIP member with Radisson, and I was highly disappointed by the executive lounge. There was barely anything to eat, just a cake and Coca-Cola. At other locations the lounges are pretty awesome, with plenty of soft drinks during the day and food alongside alcohol during happy hours. The hotel is presented as a five-star property at the entrance, but at that level I’d expect everything to be top notch. They need to improve the executive lounge a lot.

The spa was really nice, with a hot swimming pool and sauna, and breakfast was good too. The location is perfect. It’s a little expensive, but a nice place to stay in Poznan.

My room could use a little more light at night, but it was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a very good bathroom. There was also a closed-in seating area facing the center. The hotel is right in central Poznan, with secure parking, a restaurant and a bar. The staff were super friendly.

The rooms need repairs and a refresh, and the breakfast setup was frustrating. The small spoons were beside only one of the two coffee machines, and that machine was out of order. The milk dispenser had a lid that seemed guaranteed to spill, and the bread was so hard I cut myself on it. There was no hotel staff around even at breakfast. Genuine service seems to have gone out the window when a third-party company takes over from the hotel’s own management.
