The balcony couldn’t be used because it was covered in pigeon droppings. The bigger issue for me was the customer service: emails got a standard response instead of an answer, and staff hung up during phone calls. Most of all, my account was charged more than the amount shown on the official invoice and in the booking app.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location, but there was construction right in front of it. The refrigerator was noisy, and the shower room lights kept flickering.

We found no curtains in the bedroom, and although we tried to get in touch many times, nobody came to fix it. We also left a coat, scarf, and shirt on a hanger in the apartment. A month later, they replied that the items had been disposed of. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I booked one of this landlord’s many apartments and signed a contract, but the agreed price wasn’t honored. They charged a much higher, made-up amount to my account and said it was for fees, exchange rates, and so on. They refused to refund it, even though the contract doesn’t allow those fees. I’ve seen similar accounts in many other reviews, so I’m warning people about this landlord.

The photos don’t show the apartment’s actual condition, and it wasn’t as described. A bed in the living room doesn’t make that room a bedroom.
