I used this clean vacation apartment for a business trip, and an invoice is available for billing. The town center is a 10-15 minute walk away. You can park on the street or near the bridge, where the parking lot is guarded.

I wasn’t told at check-in which room I’d been assigned. It also wasn’t clear that the bathroom, though included, was outside the room in a communal hallway and required a key card. The room was advertised with a view, but it looked out over garages, which is down to personal taste. Cleanliness was poor: there was dust in the corners, curly brown hairs on the bed blanket, and the bathroom needed a better cleaning. The sink was badly installed. Towels were terribly rough and drying off was unpleasant, and there was very little toilet paper. Coffee and tea were supposed to be provided, but there was only tea, without even sugar. The rooms have no soundproofing, so I could constantly hear the neighbors talking.

A few months ago, my friends and I booked rooms for a festival. With the festival getting closer, we wanted to discuss the money, but we couldn’t get hold of the manager by phone. When he finally answered, it turned out our place had already been given to someone else, even though everything had previously been arranged. It was an unpleasant situation, and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else 🙂

The owners are amazing, and the location is handy, near a bus stop, pastry shops, and restaurants. Rooms are cozy, tastefully designed, and very clean, with high-quality bathrooms. Everyone can feel at home here. Slept like a king!
