The friendly staff, good breakfast, and great location were positives. Breakfast can get so busy that people have to wait. Our room had a broken shower riser, so I had to use the handheld shower, which wasn't a huge deal. But the mould on the shower curtain is inexcusable and easy to fix. The pillows felt like tea bags, and there should have been more than one. The bedroom floor was covered in little bits of dirt, probably tracked in on shoes, and it was already like that when we arrived. A vacuum or mop would help.

The breakfast, location, and service were all reasons I'd recommend the hotel. Breakfast is very good, though at busy times you may have to wait for a table because the dining room is small and can't fit everyone arriving at once. The rooms are very clean, but they're starting to look old and could use renovation.

We got a good breakfast, and the room came with four water bottles, two sparkling and two still, plus tea, coffee, body lotion, and two candies on the bed. The shower pressure was great, and everything was very clean. The parking is under the hotel and costs 70 zl. My boyfriend and I had a great time, with plenty of restaurants and caffes nearby. The location is perfect for exploring the old town on foot.

10/10
The included breakfast had a huge selection, and everything was very good quality. Our spacious, comfortable room had all the amenities you'd expect, and the hotel was excellent value for money. We had a wonderful two-night stay, with the Old Town and Market Square easy to explore and plenty of restaurants and bars close by.

The location near the old town is amazing, and the service was good. The room was simple and standard, with a small bed. Breakfast didn't offer much choice, and the coffee and juice were lousy.
