The rooms are very clean and have vintage furniture, plus plenty of useful things: fresh towels, toiletries, and lots of city maps and brochures. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's right in the old town center. I liked it a lot and will definitely stay here again on a future visit to Poznan.

It's right by the Old Town, with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, and my room was spotless and nicely decorated. It had air conditioning, free bottled water, bathrobes, slippers, little cosmetics, toothbrushes, shoe polish, and a mini guide or magazine. A few drawbacks: the free internet was weak, not even good enough for YouTube. There was no safe or other lockable cupboard, no tea-making setup, and no iron or ironing board. Breakfast costs extra and is served at the cafe next door. It was decent, but nothing special for the price. Street access is restricted, so a taxi can't drop you at the door, and hauling a heavy suitcase even 200m wasn't fun. There's no lift either. I'd recommend it for a short visit.

The skylights in the third-floor room were fantastic, and the interior has a lot of character. Everything was super clean, with A/C in the room. The towels were the plushest I've ever used at a hotel. Awesome, quaint place, highly recommended!

This is only a review of the restaurant, as I haven't been inside the hotel. The chlodnik starter was excellent quality, a cold soup that was perfect for a warm summer evening. The sturgeon filet was also very good, though the risotto rice was too hard and the side dish seemed unseasoned. The wine tasted good but arrived too warm, even though we'd specifically asked the waitress to chill it properly. Adding ice to the cooler fixed it after about 15 minutes. Our waitress was very friendly, but hadn't been shown how to open a bottle with her professional wine waiter corkscrew. We managed it, so she learned something that evening. It seems wine may not be what people usually order here. The main course took an hour, though they had warned us from the beginning. There's only one toilet for the whole restaurant. We had a good experience overall, but expected a bit more professionalism from a place like this.
