GreenPoint Apartments

The apartment is in a great spot, with easy access to public transport, shops, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a nice bathroom and a very practical kitchenette. I was impressed by how well equipped it was with the supplies and equipment you need when traveling.

After I'd been there a week, they told me they were starting renovations at the last minute and wanted me to switch apartments. Their first offer was smaller and didn't have the tub I'd asked for. When I turned that down, they offered a studio with a tub, but the sleeping area was separated from the rest only by a curtain. It was completely different from what I wanted, and they didn't even try to find an equivalent option. Their discount offer was just €10, which felt almost charitable. After a day of arguing, I decided to move, but the way they dealt with the whole situation was scandalous and totally unacceptable.

The apartments are luxurious, with creative, tasteful furnishings, large comfortable beds, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi around the clock. The price was great too. A wonderful place in Poznań, and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic place, with really good interior design. The service is as it should be, with everything taken care of straight away. It's a very good alternative to a hotel with at least four stars.
