Beautiful place at an affordable price, and everything was easy and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and very pleasant, and there was direct contact with the tenant, who cares about guests’ comfort and the quality of the rooms. Kasia was so kind to her guests, and I wish everyone renting out their property was like her. I recommend it and will definitely come back!

The only good thing was the location near the train station. The price didn’t match the property overall, and communication with the staff was poor. The apartment was dirty, with cobwebs on the bedside lamps, in the corners and by the windows. There was thick dust and debris under the TV stand, even though check-in wasn’t allowed before 4 PM and they supposedly cleaned thoroughly. The window handle was coming off and had been mounted upside down. The bathroom door sagged and scraped the floor, making it hard to get in. The lock wouldn’t secure the door when you left, so people ended up leaving the apartment unlocked. The place was tiny, as if someone had split one space into two just to make money.
Check-in with codes was incredibly easy, and the location was great. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with everything needed for a stay, a comfortable bed and fragrant linens. The owner, Kasia, was incredibly kind. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
The apartment has everything I needed for a few days as a tourist, and the large balcony is a nice bonus. It's in a brand new building, with plenty of lamps that make the small space feel welcoming. The standard is very high. The location is great too, close to Netto, the main train station, Avenida shopping mall, and the unique Cafe Dżungla. There are a few minor flaws, but I still couldn't rate it anything less than 5. 😊
At night it was peaceful and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The studio was well equipped and in a handy spot near the city center, train station, and Poznań trade fair, with a small grocery store just around the corner. We had a comfortable stay. The only snag was the bedding: one small duvet wasn't enough for two people, and there wasn't a second or larger one :(
