Hotel Włoski Business Centrum Poznań

The central location was quiet, and I liked being able to get coffee from the machine at reception. I stayed one night on the top floor. The staff were friendly and flexible, and let me check in early without charging anything. Really good hotel.

Free bike hire, plus coffee and tea, were a nice bonus. The location just outside the old city worked well, and the service was lovely. The rooms are comfortable and have everything working, though they feel a bit dated. A great place to stay in Poznań.

That mirror beside the window is a strange choice. In the morning it sends sunlight straight into the room and wakes you up. We mentioned it, and the hotel did try adjusting the blackout curtain so less light would get in. The place does feel old, especially the carpets, but the rooms were very clean. We got a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived, and two bottles of water each day, one still and one sparkling. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and it was a pleasant surprise to find Wi-Fi 6. Staff were extraordinarily kind and welcoming, and the location was excellent. Guests can take the free coffee to their room or outside, and the bicycles are a great bonus. We had a very good stay.

We were in town to see family and spent one night here. The rooms suited our needs perfectly, and breakfast was good. You can hire bikes, which I thought was a nice touch. It's within walking distance of the old town, though the area around the hotel isn't especially interesting. There was a building site next door during our stay, so hopefully that improves things later. There was live music in the restaurant that night, but we were out and can't say what it was like. A good standard for a 3 🌟 hotel.
