Apartamenty Galicja

I chose this place for an overnight stay after reading lots of positive reviews, but it was an absolutely terrible experience. If you arrive after 22:00, don't expect a warm welcome. I was treated rudely. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows and towels were poor quality. The room was spacious and had a kitchen, but I wouldn't come back. It's hard to see how a business can exist without tourists and visitors.

The apartment was good, but the receptionist was very rude and refused to speak English to me. I don't speak Polish. If you serve tourists, your staff should know basic English. One star.

It's a very basic apartment, and the WiFi had no bandwidth at all, which is why I gave it a low score. The room was clean, but there were no bedsheets on the beds. When I tried to get that fixed, I couldn't find anyone to help. It's about a 20-minute walk to the center, fine for a stroll, though there are better located places to stay.

For the price, this was a pretty nice apartment. The WiFi was good enough, and it was mostly clean, though I found a few hairs in the bathroom. Late checkout wasn't available, only until 11am. On the top floor, the slanted ceiling by the bed made plugging things in awkward, and I hit my head a few times. The kitchen had almost no counter space, so we made sandwiches on the stovetop. It kept making noises because it seemed to think we were trying to switch off the stove lock.
