Our train was delayed, so we couldn’t stay at the hotel. I contacted them ahead of time to cancel the booking, but they ignored my message and charged the full amount. They’re still ignoring my requests. The staff were very rude.

A trashed building full of dirt and homeless people, not a hostel. The toilets were awful, full of shit and without toilet paper, and the showers don’t lock. There were spiders in the rooms. I can’t understand why the local authorities tolerate this mess. A radioactive wasteland. If you care about your health and safety, do not stay here. I swear, it’s the worst place I’ve ever seen.

I paid 25euro per night, which felt quite expensive for a hostel like this. Think twice before staying. My room had no internet on the third floor, only on the ground and first floors, and I could clearly hear people talking through the closed connecting door to the room next door. The bed was actually an old sofa bed. It was hard, looked dirty, and was so uncomfortable it hurt my back. The toilet was dirty too: two of the three toilets on my floor had blood in them, and there was no toilet paper. There was no shower curtain, so water got all over the floor.
