My dinner was really tasty, and I'd gladly recommend the hotel and stay again. The room was tidy and comfortable, with a huge smart TV that gave access to streaming services. The bed was good for sleeping, and the shower had strong pressure. On the little side table there were two bottles of water and a coffee and tea setup with an electric kettle. The hotel is under the flight path for poznan airport, but that wasn't a problem for me since flights seemed to stop between 10 p.m. and around 6 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the nearby street.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the service was friendly. I recommend the spa treatments, sauna, and restaurant. Guests can park for free. The one thing is that not everyone is used to the planes taking off from Ławica Airport.

We often come back because Basia serves a very generous breakfast, which is included in the room price. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Beds are comfortable, the place is clean and tidy, parking is available, and the price is affordable. A very positive experience, and I'll definitely return.

My wife and I tried two spa ceremonies, and we'll definitely go for a third. Such a relaxing break!

The service was fairly pleasant, but the massages felt amateurish. At the restaurant, dinner came out in a different order from what the tables had ordered, and one staff member kept saying “day” over and over. We waited more than 30 minutes for broth cubes and watery żurek. The champagne was semi-sweet wine in a bottle with a plastic cork, and the candlelit dinner came on plastic plates with a warmer.
