I arrived at 11:45 pm on April 23 after booking at 10:17 pm that night for April 23-24, but nobody was there to check guests in, despite the profile listing check-in until midnight. The man who answered the hotel number spoke rudely and said he hadn’t received my booking and that the hotel was full. The booking agent’s service representative also tried to reach the hotel, without success. I asked for my payment back and still haven’t received it. This was an extremely bad experience, and I’d strongly advise people to avoid the hotel so they aren’t treated this way.

The room was great, and the staff were lovely. It’s a little away from the town centre, but well connected. An amazing hotel, recommended!

Apart from the breakfast issue, it’s a very nice place. I paid extra for breakfast but couldn’t have it because I had to leave before 7:30 on weekends. I’d been told breakfast started at 7, though on weekends it actually starts at 7:30, which was a shame.
