The apartment is modern and has a private outdoor area, and the WiFi was fast. It’s in central Rabka, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. We also loved how quiet it was at night.

Booking canceled my reservation by phone less than 48 hours before we were due to arrive. There wasn’t even an apology, just “because we’re not going anywhere” or “it happens sometimes.” That’s not serious, and it’s not how normal properties behave. I don’t think more comment is needed. It looked like something was being done on Booking, since there are hardly any negative reviews. After reading the comments here, I’m glad I never made it there.

We only wanted a quiet night’s sleep and didn’t drink or party, but we were so stressed we couldn’t sleep. We paid for the room, yet had to explain when the lights would go out, and the gate was locked, so we had to ask to come and go. It really felt like being imprisoned. In the morning, the elderly lady said she had to check the room before opening the gate to see if everything was as it should be. That was the height of bad manners. Like others have said, she doesn’t seem to understand how renting accommodation works. It’s an absolute disaster, and unbelievable that this place is still operating. We also saw that a new account had been created on Booking.com to get rid of negative reviews.

I’ve been to many events and this was a very bad experience. The service was poor, and an elderly woman made a fuss about us, asking, “Why are you eating so much?” I’d paid a lot, and she even searched through the garbage. I can’t recommend it.
