It was quiet and I slept well, so it worked fine for a night. But the room wasn’t ready when I arrived and I had to wait while it was cleaned. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom.

Everything else is fine, but garden parties going on until 1 a.m. are ridiculous when people want to sleep. It seems like the quiet-hours rule should apply to everyone.

The first two people we met were lovely. On September 6, 2024, a very pleasant woman served us, and later, around 10 p.m., a friendly, talkative older man let us sit on the back patio and told us about his experiences in Radom. Since it was our first visit, we were glad to hear about the city. We’d booked breakfast, and the same nice woman served us again the next morning, September 7. After we returned around 9 p.m. from signing an important contract, the man at reception was quite unpleasant. He wouldn’t switch on the patio light with his cane, then said he’d turn everything off at 10. We’d hoped to sit outside and have champagne to celebrate signing. The cane also issued a champagne flute. I recommend firing him; he’s incompetent and undermines the good work of the other employees, who were a huge plus.
