The area was fine, and the staff weren’t rude. Still, the room was old and in awful shape. The toilet was broken, so I had to shut off the water to sleep, and around 60% of the shower holes didn’t work. Everything in there looked worn out. The heater was off all night, even though it was 1 degree outside. Breakfast was pretty poor too. Staff were absent most of the time, and I had to hope there’d be a serving of scrambled eggs. The coffee machine was often out of water or milk, or switched off. After three days, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I’d paid for four nights, but left early for another hotel with a clean room. That’s unacceptable. When I checked out, the woman at the desk was kind and gave me a bottle of water, but even at a 50% discount I wouldn’t stay here again at this rate.

We had a great family stay. The room was a good size, and the shower had strong water pressure.

Could use a little updating, but for the price, it’s pretty good.

I was there for an EU project with two classmates, apart from the teachers. They put us in the only room that seemed fairly luxurious, with a separate living room and a hydromassage bathtub. The other rooms were much smaller, with beds pushed close together and tiny shower trays that made showering uncomfortable. Our bathroom looked like the best of them, and the hydromassage worked, though the tub was rusty. It took us a while to work out which wall switch turned it on, so some instructions would help. The sofa was quite dirty, with odd stains that made it uncomfortable to sit on. The bed also felt strange, like it was made from two different mattresses. The part I slept on wasn’t very comfortable, but I could manage. Sometimes there was no receptionist, and we had to wait a long time. Billiards and ping-pong were a nice way to pass the time. I didn’t use the pool. It was okay overall, and I’d recommend it, but some changes are needed before it feels truly luxurious instead of just looking that way. The wallpaper is getting old, peeling, and badly glued, so it needs replacing.
