Best Western Plus Hotel Rzeszow City Center

Had such a great time! The room was sooo amazing, and there's a wonderful restaurant inside the hotel with free breakfast. Amazing hotel!

The location was a real plus, and my room was spacious, recently renovated, and spotless. Staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast offered plenty of good variety. I also ate at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the tasty dishes and how nicely they were presented. A few menu items weren't available during my stay, though, and the prices felt a little high. Still, it's a good choice if you want to eat on site. I had a pleasant stay.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. I tried the borderlands pierogi, a regional vegetarian specialty. The staff were nice, the room was spacious, and the city center wasn't far away. Parking was inexpensive, and breakfast was good.

The rooms and breakfast were things I really liked, but the service left me feeling bad, like I was bothering the staff. The phone to reception didn't work, so I went downstairs and told Damian I couldn't call. He didn't react. I asked about getting a beer in my room, and he said the bar was closed and I could order in an hour. When I asked if I could order it now and have someone bring it later, he said yes, but in the end I never got a beer. I also had trouble with my keys, so I asked a cleaner for help opening the door. She just shut the mouse, didn't say a word, and looked very unhappy while doing it. Everything else was cool, but not the service.
