The location was nice, and the studio I got had a decent-sized bed. I spent three nights there, but the place needs attention. I noticed a few broken things when I arrived, which made me worry I might be held responsible for the damage. The toilet smelled bad, and the sofa didn't smell fresh.

I've never had worse service. The owner was so rude and complained about everything. I called the number she had listed on booking.com because I couldn't open the broken door, and she blamed me. She also insisted I hadn't paid for the apartment even though I had, and wouldn't listen because she thinks she's always right. With that much stress, it hardly matters what kind of accommodation they give you.

The price was low and the location was nice. If I return to Rzeszów, I'd stay here again.

A really nice breakfast, a fair price, and the place was very clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. Five stars.
